Digital delivery
SBZ Tech software is delivered digitally. There is no physical product to return. Free trials are available for eligible desktop products so customers can evaluate compatibility before requesting a paid license.
Technical-defect requests
A refund request may be considered within 7 days when a verified technical defect prevents the software from working as described on a supported Windows system and SBZ Tech support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, use on an unsupported system, issues caused by third-party software or hardware, requests outside the stated period, or license keys that have been shared or misused.
